Kids will enjoy all the benefits yoga offers in a fun and playful way.  Sunshine Kids Yoga is dedicated to providing a light-hearted and safe environment for children to grow in strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Yoga is a non-competitive way for kids to build self-esteem and confidence.  It is appropriate for both the athletic child and those that might not be as comfortable with competitive sports.

Yoga give kids of all ages, size and abilities the tools to slow down, refocus and listen to their inner voice. Yoga can help children create a physical practice and a way of healthy living at an early age.  It can also help our older kids relieve tension and stress that they face within school, sports and everyday life.  When kids are physically and mentally balanced they feel successful and strong.
